I'm embarrassed to give this as a gift. I never saw the preview or I would have cancelled it. The cost was exhorbitant and I hate the pic. I won't order anything else from your company. I'd like to get a refund. I can order what I wanted from another company for about $20.

There must be something wrong with the frame though. The portrait sits unevenly within the frame. I removed the portrait and readjusted it in the frame but it is still uneven. I need to purchase a new frame so I can give this portrait as a Christmas gift. Ugh!
I ordered the print the night we had to put her down. I hung it up the second it arrived. My girl now looks at me while I sit on the couch. I will cherish it always.
